SceneLink was created by someone who personally needed it and couldn't find it. That experience became a mission: give every person involved in an incident the ability to show exactly what happened, not just describe it.
Every day, investigators, attorneys, and families struggle to communicate the truth of what happened in a place to judges, juries, and decision-makers who weren't there. SceneLink exists to close that gap.
Dwayne Williams Jr.
Founder & CEO, SceneLink
Dwayne is a tech entrepreneur, public safety advocate, and founder of NXST is a 3D virtual mapping platform built for first responders during active emergencies. A graduate of Mott College with a degree in Criminal Justice, his career spans security operations at large-scale public events and community safety leadership through S.W.A.G.G. (Students Working Against Gangs and Gun Violence).
SceneLink emerged from Dwayne's firsthand experience with how technology can and should help people show the truth of what happened, clearly and with accountability. His mission is to make investigative clarity the standard, not the exception.

Community Commitment
EDUCATION & YOUTH LEADERSHIP
Dwayne serves as a program leader at the largest school in the county through the MAC Scholars program. He has designed and implemented afterschool curricula for multiple organizations — including the BAG Program, which teaches entrepreneurship and professional skills to academically struggling youth. The same mission that drives SceneLink drives this work: give people the tools to tell a better story about themselves and their community.
